Shelly signs Title 2 amendments

ST. MICHAELS — Navajo Nation President Ben Shelly signed legislation Wednesday approving amendments to Title 2 which will allow the Navajo Nation Council to move forward as a governing body while reducing the number of oversight committees from 12 to five to accommodate Council’s reduction from 88 to 24 members.
